Community Guidelines

What’s allowed on a LinkTheme page, and what happens when something isn’t.

Last updated 12 October 2026 · A short first version. We’ll expand it as LinkTheme grows.

Keep it real

LinkTheme is for sharing yourself and your work. Most pages never come close to these rules. They exist so visitors can trust that a LinkTheme link is safe to tap.

Not allowed

  • Scams, phishing or fraud, including fake giveaways, fake logins, and pages pretending to be a bank or a brand.
  • Pretending to be someone else, or a page that misleads people about who runs it. Fan and parody pages are fine if they say so.
  • Malware or harmful downloads, or links that hide where they really go in order to trick people.
  • Illegal content, and anything sexual involving minors, which we report to the authorities.
  • Hate, harassment or violence: attacking people for who they are, threats, or encouraging harm.
  • Spam: bulk-made pages, link farms, or misleading links to boost traffic.
  • Other people’s private information shared without their consent.
  • Adult content on the page itself. Linking to age-gated adult sites you run is allowed as long as your name, bio, link titles and pictures stay safe for everyone.

Reporting a page

Every LinkTheme page has a small Report link at the bottom. Reports are private: the owner never sees who sent them. Please don’t open a link you think is unsafe. Describing it is enough. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

What we do

We review every report. If a page breaks these guidelines we may hide it, remove a link, or suspend the page or account. Serious cases, like scams or child safety, are removed straight away. The owner sees the reason in their editor.

Appeals

If your page was suspended and you think we made a mistake, email linktheme.com@gmail.com from the address you sign in with and tell us why. We’ll look at it again.
